Mazdaspeed3: 263 or 274 hp ???

Mazdaspeed3: 263 or 274 hp ???
Just for curiosity, I went to Madza's website and built online a Mazdaspeed 3.
When you get to the summary, it states that the engine is a 2.3L DISI Turbo 16 valve with 274 hp, but at the general info page it says 263 hp (and this number is what is considered the official hp figures in all online websites I saw the Mazdaspeed3).
Is this (the 274 hp figure at the end of the online build) just some Mazda's mental fart ? Or is it true ?????
