Lincoln Zephyr interior - Hmmm Looks familiar!
Looks like Ford Motor Company likes the customers response to the interior on the Mustang so much, they decided to use it as a template for their new luxury car (Lincoln Zephyr). See attached!
When I went to the Dallas Auto Show earlier this year, I was surprised to see the big, round A/C grilles in a lot of Ford's cars. I was also surprised to see them in a lot of non-Ford cars! Seems that everyone is jumping on that bandwagon.
I don't see it...i went to local car show this year and sat in the new Zephyr...i thought it had a pretty cool interior, but em still having a hard time warming to the rear end (maybe it will grow on me..)
On a side note...here is good local review video

Sorry, not feeling the Zephyr (sorry, MKZ) interior AT ALL. Looks like some throwback to a bad '70's interior. Don't mind the exterior, though, although as someone pointed out, the rear lights are a bit too big. Too bad they didn't follow the concept more closely. Now that thing was HOT!
Also, try pulling the door handles on a Zephyr (or Fusion, or Milan). They feel cheap and "tinney." Not nearly as solid as the Stang or 500 or F-150.

My 04 Mazda 3 had those round style vents in it as did my dad's 04 F-150. They've been in a lot of Ford's lineup for a few years now.
And rightfully so, they look and work awesome. Only downside is you can't hang MP3 players and other things from them. Probably not a bad thing though.

I guess I don't see how anyone could dislike the car for the money spent, I do agree that it needs the new 3.5, however.
