Yeah not really surprising, I think this is a car that Lincoln needs in order to get back into the luxury car game.

Well, Lincoln do have a lot of cathing up to do with what Cadillac are doing, so a revival of the Cougar or Torino should be a great marketing move.

I hope they change the Lincoln front end by then. To me, it looks like two big bushy eyebrows. Then again, I have a weird imagination.

...and in other news, sky remains blue. News at 11.

You'd have to be Hellen Keller not to see this one coming.

Good! Lincoln needs an all new flagship RWD model to compete with Cadillac et al. Don't get me wrong, modern lincolns are nice cars, but they all just look like Tauruses/Fusions with chrome grilles.

Lincoln needs something that's distinctively Lincoln again. I just hope they get the styling right. As much as I'd like to see a new nose, I'm sure we're stuck with the dual wing grille for now, but at least do something distinctive with the body.

Make mine an AWD sedan with the engine from the GT500, manual transmission, all the bells and whistles. I'll make the German set drop their jaws as I power by them.

An AWD with the GT-500 motor? I think god might get envious of that.

Does everyone remember when Lincoln was a couple of cars that meant something? A Continental and Mark Series. IMO, Lincoln needs to scale back to two really great cars instead of trying to offer body styles and vehicle classes that match the most popular ones that sell at the Ford brand.

I do have to say, I think Lincoln is going to turns some heads in the near future. I think they're hungry for some better models. And like Ford I believ they will change their image again. I have hopes for them. You can't say they haven't gotten somewhat better in last couple of years. Give them some time. I might be wrong but we will see.
