Pretty crazy build but what a beast of an engine. A 409 cubic inch 4 valve MOD motor making some crazy NA power and torque.

Unhappy

It is just too bad the 4 valve mod engines will not be allowed to compete in the 2014 PHR Engine Masters Competition. The 4 valve engines just proved to be too powerful for the competition. I would like to see how much more power could be pulled from the normally aspirated Mod Motors .

That engine is so beast! It was making over 800hp with a single plane and with the Cobra R intake made 720hp and 666 ft/lbs.

Its a helluva build but its nice to see an N/A MOD motor put down some real butt kicking numbers in a world where the answer seems to be LSx.

That's a shame Engine Masters wont let them compete again. I also like how Kaase's motor dispels the myth about 4v motors lacking torque!

Ford needs to take a hint and build that big cube 4V

I would love to see the Ford engineers try to develop a 400 plus cube 4 valve mod motor. If Ford sold a Mustang with such an engine, I would be the first to put money down .
