Anybody old enough to remember when "Rangers" and "Explorers" referred to full size Ford pickup trucks?

You can bend any numbers any way you want. Like how many of those were fleet purchases etc. There's no accounting for taste or short term thinking.

What I find amazing is that on a Board that's all about celebrating what's good about American automobiles we find representatives of the NOPI nation.

I'm done with this. I'd love to be able to fix the world but then I'm not the long haired guy with the halo who's birthday gets celebrated in about a month.

And yeah I know he wasn't really born in December, blah blah blah.

I'm done with this topic..

Somebody give me a freakin American flag to wave already......

That's a shame. The Ranger's were always good trucks. I really wish Ford would have made them with a bench seat in the back. I would have considered a manual 2.3 4x4 if they did when I got my Subie. Unfortunately Ford never thought that far, and I need a rear seat for the baby seat.

They stopped making 4cyl. supercab 4x4s in 2001.
How old was the baby then?
