I would say that they were thinking the production car would be SRA, but after J Mays' speech at NAIAS I don't think the executives were thinking about a production version

- whether or not the Interceptor has IRS, may now be a moot point. Seems Ford won't build any new RWD sedan in the near future. Hopefully, it will find its way onto the Mustang soon.

also...already rated at 400 hp...hmmm and the weight i bet is a bit more than that of our stangs...maybe this is a mule in a way for ford to find better on this than the mustang then swap it over, viola mustang with irs and more power

that would be nice but the car is running the 5.0 cammer. an engine that will never see a production engine bay.

well we will definatly see higher hp engines in the near futer and yea, i mean the IRS is proven to handle 400hp, on a beleived to be heavier car, it should be plenty for the mustang, which, makes me smile have a nice day folks
