Ford bucks Detroit Slump

Here's the article from the Detroit News. Only Ford and Toyota posted increases compared to September of '05. It's only one month but let's hope it's a sign that Ford is starting to turn the corner.

Very good. The truck division's slump is going to bottom out soon if for no other reason than people who really do NEED a truck/SUV will eb the only ones left. Add in growing car sales (up 31%!) and it's not looking to bad at all.

This is great news, and I think with winter coming and gas prices sinking like the Titanic we're poised for a pretty good uptick.
