On first sight it does not look like a mercedes.

Currently there is only 3.0L diesel (154 hp).

However, there is a new model coming out in 2008 which will have 3.5L (254 hp) and 3.0L diesel (154 hp).

Oh. This is what link that I left said.

The standard engine on the E-Series is the 4.6L Triton V8, except for the E-450 that now comes from the factory with a larger 5.4L V8. E-350 customers can also opt for the 6.8L Triton V10 with 305 horsepower and 420 ft-lbs. of torque. In the most extreme case, an E-350 Super Duty or Super Duty Extended Wagon can tow a maximum of 10,000 lbs., as well.
