Focus in line for a facelift

Ford has started work on giving the new Focus the same ‘Aston Martin grille’ as the Fiesta and future Mondeo, with these spy shots show the bare bones of the new grille shape. The upper grille is much deeper than on the existing Focus and the numberplate plinth is much lower down.

I find it a little odd that the rear wouldn't be updated as well.

I guess its too early for larger updates; this Focus went on a sale just 2 years ago.
