I still like the Tahoe, its better looking then its 'upscale' brothers. Ford and GM make the best full-size SUV's, noone else is close. The Sequoia and Armada are jokes. Using the C frame with rivets on the new Tundra means the Sequoia will continue to be a dated product.

We took an EL Limited out for an extended cruise tonight. Wow, what a nice ride. I like the monochromatic look. The fit an finish looks excellent and the materials all seem pretty decent. The ride in the Expedition is much better than the Suburban. It's lightyears better than mine on the 3/4 ton chassis as expected. The third seat is an actual seat with loads more legroom than the Sub. AND I don't have to haul the **** thing out every time I want to pick up something big. All the gizmos like electric folding seats are nice as well. We'll see how they all hold up. We're 99% certain we'll be picking up the Expedition on Friday. The only buzzkill for my wife is the all black interior. If we opt for the Black on black it'll match my stang! Now all I need is a take-off GT500 blower and a visit to Johnny Lightning and we'll be good to go!

I don't know if this helps, but I am a State Trooper and my unit has Expeditions. Mine has 90,000 HARD miles on it and I have had ZERO problems. I wish it was quicker, but the handling is alot better than our Tahoes!!!

P.S. We have 2 2004 Expeditions that just had to have new motors and transmissions..............one has 210,000 miles and one has 276,000 miles.

OK, OK, I'll snap a few pics tomorrow. Sheesh, I didn't think anybody would care about an Expedition on a Mustang forum...

It is a dayum fine ride though!
