About to get an EcoBoost

well Tom i failed at getting mom into an eco fusion, because she thinks they are ugly LOL
Turns out she loves the Buick Verano, so we are looking at those. I don't mind the buick because work supplies me with a lacrosse occasionally which is pretty nice.
She also hated the escape, or anything on the Ford lot. oh well. she loved her 'alero' so i'm not surprised. The verano is basically a prettied up cruze. I tested the cruze rs and it was alright actually, but she's not going for spoilers, ground effects and rally wheels LOL

Unlike the Mustang, I have no flaming passion for the Fusion. Frankly it looks like a Hyundai Sonata, but it was practical and very affordable and I remind myself of that everytime I drive it. It's an 'OK' car that gets the job done, but I'm looking forward to leaving it out on the street and driving past it in the 'vert once the weather is happier.

yeah i was hoping she could find a mazda 6, but the new style is what she wants and those are too new to get good deals on as far as we can tell. The '14 veranos are going for a steal. Plus they gaive her a chunk of cash for brand loyalty being that she has a gm car already. be interesting to see what she says after some test drives this weekend.

It's a pipe dream because I'm sure new house will have many costs I haven't fully considered

Tom, guess what! We picked up a new daily for Janny today. 2015 Focus SE (lease too), Magnetic/black leather. The Magnetic color is gorgeous! I'll get my pos Escape back for a daily now so the Mustang is now the weekend car. I should be getting it back by the end of next week or early the following week

That's almost exactly the same car as the one my GF is looking at. She wants the Sport package, a moonroof, and in black, magnetic, or the bright blue.
