The sedans have always been cheaper then the hatch, look a the fiesta over $1000 difference from sedan to hatch.

I like it. I would pay mid 20k for a focus rs so 16k for a standrad sounds good to me

Since Ford charges 36,000 euros (or close to $50,000) for Focus RS in Europe, I doubt that it cost in mid-$25,000 even if sold in the USA.

I could see Focus ST costing that much ... but Ford is making even more competition for a Mustang V6.

cars cost more in the rest of the world tho. a new mustang in germany is more then 50k

Actually according to Ford's web-site, hatchback is $17,000 and sedan is $18,000.

it seems to be more expensive to spec out the hatch, but it has a cheaper starting point.

thus, a the speced out sedan comes in at less.. strange

I really really like that color. I thought the stick shifts were going to be 6 speeds though. Looks like a really nice car.
