Is it just me or does it look like its really squatting, epsecially in the back. Those must be some big boys in the back seat, or their carrying something very heavy in trunk.

One word: redundant.
Ford needs one version of this car, and only one. I rode in an MKZ yesterday, and while the car is perfectly pleasant, it's presentation is unexceptional. I was mostly disappointed with the interior. The new Honda Accord interior is MUCH nicer than the MKZ.
NO Honda should have a better interior than a Lincoln.
I also sat in the new MKS - now THAT is what a proper Lincoln interior should be like.

The Lincoln Zephyr/MKZ design came out in 2006 when the Accord was still somewhat bland inside and out. I'm guessing the 2010 MKZ will be on par with the MKS in style and substance.
