2009 Ford F-150 officially tows 11,300 pounds

Its official pulling power has increased a full 300 lbs, which is 500 lbs more than the second place Tundra and 1,600 lbs more than the new 2009 Dodge Ram.

Yeah I'm sure its the engine thats the weak straw here where as the tundra the chassis and frame would be. Can't wait until the new engines get here. Ford really needs to stop taking forever and release their new engines with their new vehicles.

I'm glad theyve upped the towing capacity. I'm liking this model much better than the last one, the exterior looks sharper, and the interior is soooo much better. And with more power to come...
