Equipped with twin four-barrel carbs atop a 425-horse 427-cubic-inch V8, 4.86 gears, and a T-10 four-speed transmission, the only problem with the F100 XL is that only one was built.

Well, one usually sees Lightning before hearing the Thunder(bolt). Guess the F100 XL could be considered the Lightning's grand daddy!
