I would not be surprised if Ford still had it and brings it out to a car show from time to time like the 1994 Boss 429 Concept. I remember seeing that one at a Fun Ford event a couple years back.

Jack Roush bought the 10.0L Boss 429. It's in his private collection. He does let Ford borrow it for shows.
