well whne i turned the stering wheel to both sides sometimes i get this kind of an old door hinge sound, is not that, loud but it worries me, and when i turn fully to both side i get another weird sound!,i chek the ower steering fluid ands its ok i think! i dont know whats going on!

Sounds like it might be tie rod ends. An easy way to check would be to get under the car and rotate the tie rods back and forth with a pair of channel locks. If you hear the noise, you've found the problem.
