Naw we would have been running at Greer dragway, I say would have because he traded the G8 in for a Ram 2500 cummins. Although he still wants to run with a C6 Z06.

stock C6 z06? if drivers are equal it takes roughly an extra 100rwhp on the cobra to keep up with a C6 vette. Your car does make over 100rwhp over a Z06 so you should be able to win that.
