Skipping , misfiring

I'm new at this site so any response will help , I have a 1994 gt and here recently when I start her up cold she runs fine but after reaching operating temp and I turn the car off and start it back up it seems to be skipping or misfire , sluggish throttle , doesn't want to take the gas like its flooding but it only does it for about a minute , then it runs fine after that until the engine is restarted then it does it again , and sometimes the idle starts to surge while in a drive threw or something , I've changed plugs , wires , mass air flow, cleaned throttle body cleaned idle air control sensor , anyone have any ideas , I'm lost any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like the car is either running to rich or to lean, I would start with having the fuel filter replaced and fuel pressure regulator adjusted and possibly cleaning your fuel injectors... I have a 95 GT and mine was doing the same thing. She has 129k on her and I did what I mentioned and she seems to be running much better.
Good Luck.. Hope that helps
