Rear Seat Delete

Anyone done it?

I'm thinking about it since A. the car is just for cruising and track days now and B. only people under 2 feet tall can fit in the back anyway.

I've read a lot of people saying to just DIY but I'm not the best when it comes to working with wood and I'm very particular when it comes to stuff like this. Late Model Restoration has a kit for 129.00 and I was thinking that isn't so bad considering the work involved and that I wouldn't have to worry about matching the interior on my own.7

I am going to do it. (Along with getting two new front seats to reduce additional weight. Either Corbeau A4s or Sparco Chronos). I may do it myself. I think I have plans/specs somewhere . . . . maybe? But I may just purchase a kit. rearseatdelete.com has their kits on sale for $179.00 . . . . expensive but darn good quality. Probaly best I have seen.

Thinking about front seats too but a little further down the road.

Saw their kit but I have a dark charcoal interior and it looks like the carpeted kit only comes in black.
