I jumped battary in car and started up. Checked charging system 14.5 when running idle 13 v. That looks good, possibly looking for a drain now used test lite at neg on bat post to neg terminal and got a dim lite used a meter and put the scale 20m and got .33. So I guess it is a bad battary. Am I missing something. All lites are off dome glove trunk etc.

I think you may be correct about your battery going bad. Your alt seems to be working properly. Autozone will test it for free.

 

Yeah that what I thought. You don't see battery going bad to often in so little time. They took the battery back it was under warranty auto zone that is. They couldn't check the battery cause the bat is dead. The mangr gave me a new one and I just want to make sure it was the battery. Thanks for the reply. I don't need the daddy call from my daughter
