I wanted to switch to Burnt Orange Pearl but it was a little on the expensive side. Plus this a daily driver and Florida drivers are no better than Bay Area drivers so if another accident happened with a custom paint, yeeeeaaahhhhhh

Scored new goodies for the Mach today. Kinda like a home-coming present

went to the Brothers Performance show in Deland. We displayed the wife's ST and hit the store for show specials. BBK products were 20% off so I picked a set of long tubes and a O/R X-pipe for under $600



no pics yet, but I picked a used JLT ram air kit for $90 shipped

Should still sound good. It might actually quiet it down a bit judging by past experience. I already have an O/R X and Magnapack catback on there

 

I had slp cat back on my 94' gt. Then later added bbk long tubes and x pipe. It def added a nice tone to it. I've had good experiences with bbk products and they are a reasonable price. Good addition to the Mach.

 

How do u like your x and magnapacks? I'm going with mac prochamber and mac catback. I wanted that real deep aggressive tone and I just wasn't hearing it in any YouTube videos with the x it was to unclean sounding to me I guess I'm just excited for whenever it finally gets shipped

 

loud and authoritative lol I've always been about loud cars. My built GT had LT's, O/R X and Borla Stingers. When I get the Mach back from paint on wednesday, I'll shoot a video

Sweet can't wait to see it! loud good sounding stangs are the best! My dd is an 04 v6 I put LTs o/r h and slps on it back in high school. Sounds wicked for a v6. It'll never be as good as a v8 and it does get raspy at times but it's about as close to sounding like an 8 as you can get with a 3.8 lol. I keep reading the prochamber is quieter but everything I've listened to its barely if any quieter than the others just deeper. I figure I'll try it and if I don't like it ill just sell it and get an h

Today's update:





I saw the car earlier today. The glass guy was there setting up to do his thing while the body guys were at lunch. All they had to reinstall were the doors, trim and front end. Their work will be wrapped up today, the stripes and detail is tomorrow. I'll pick her up after work tomorrow.

For some reason that hood looks even more badass sitting on that rack or maybe it's the fresh paint either way I bet you can't wait to get back in the driver's seat and take her for a spin
