so my convert top is pulling away from the rear window lil bit on the top lil bit on the bottom of the window and both sides(pass and driver) are completely unglued i have found the glue to use but can someone tell me this what part of the cover should and shouldn't be glued?

i guess what im trying to ask is is the top to be glued ALL the way around the window or just the top and bottom??

can someone post a pic with areas marked where it should be attached

this is my first mustang and first convert

This is on my '02...

The window is glued to a panel that lays under the actual convertible material you see when the top is up. It is glued on all sides. The main top material is not attached to the top or sides of the window.

At the bottom of the glass, it is glued to the actual material you see when the top is up.

The window is glued all the way around.....just not to the convertible top you see on the sides and top of the glass. I can put my hand on the glass and slide it between the convertible top and the rear window panel...

If you search for Mustang convertible top rear windows, you will see that the window is attached to a separate panel (this is the panel you see between the glass and the trunk panel trim) and not attached to the top material you see.

The top without the rear window and panel it is glued to....no glue touches this part pictured

This is the rear window...
