Well, im just about done with my first years of college, and now i can finally go home to my baby. Some of you might remeber what happened, i posted it a while back, but last may my car got hit and run. it was the front driver side fender that got messed up pretty badly. I couldnt afford it at the time so i just left it the way it was. As crazy as it sounds, but haloween, i went home and went out with a bunch of friends.....long story short, yet ANOTHER hit and run. this time it was on the back driver side fender. Equally as bad as the front.

Anyways, the time has come for me to finally get it fixed. One place that i got an estimate from for the first hit and run said to fix it would be like 800 bucks or something. Well i was looking on ebay at some replacement fenders, which was about 115 for the front one and i didnt see any for the back. So i think ill just buy them myself and have the place paint them and put them one for me.

my question is does anyone know where i can find some legit replacement fenders preferably from ford at a decent price. Thanks for any help.

Your best bet is to find a local junkyard that has a mustang with passenger side damage or something. You may get lucky and find fenders that match your paint already. I did when I replaced my door. If not 50resto usually has good parts for all years. Front fender is an easy enough swap, but the rear qtr panel is welded o
theres a lot of work there, best to let a body shop handle it. IMHO

If you can get rear 1/4's from Ford, get them, they cost more than the knockoff ones, but the quality is leaps and bounds better. Send a PM to svopaul, he should be able to help.
