in most cases the parts, using quality parts put the price where it is, for instance I purchased all morimoto parts bulbs and profile prism rgb demon eyes and what I need to do the job and I got over 300$ in parts not counting the quality housings cost about 150$ and this isn’t putting a price on the time put in to do the job, now sure you can buy cheaper stuff, but they will fail bright light solenoid will quit etc etc
