a quick search reveals nothing for me. They may be out of production

email kumho and see if they can tell you where to get some.

I'm surprised they sell those. BFGoodrich got in some hot water over their "Scorcher"s a while back since gangs were using them to mark territory(LA if memory serves), and generally people doing extra shenannigans to see pretty colored smoke.
