Installing my new boom booms tomorrow

Just bought my new subs and amp and the box. Got a pair of 10 Kenwoods and an Alpine mono amp. Should sound pretty good. Doing all the speaker hookups myself but taking it to a shop to have them run the 4 gauge power and the RCA wires as it is just too **** hot for me to do it myself.

What kenwood 10's? I used to have 2 of the blue tornado ones that were fairly cheap in comparison to all other subs, and with a good amp, and them in small sealed boxes, were some of the cleanest and tightest hitting subs ive ever owned. They were great for low low bass in rap music, but for rock they were awesome.
