Just bought my daughter her first mustang, 1994 V-6. Want to give it a little help inthe sound dept. but dont want it to sound like a rice burner.

Where is some good locations for duel exhaust conversions?

How hard is it?

What about a CAI for it as well

Are you going to install the CAI yourself?
You'd probably want to go with K&N as they have proven hp gains, along with being legal and more funtional than stock.

Good places are:
www.50resto.com
www.partshopper.com
www.mustangtuning.com

Basically pick up any Mustang mag, and there are tons of dealers. I know I've seen dual exhaust on some web sites....I'd recommend doing a search on this site. Because I know some people have done this mod.

Another suggestion is here:
www.3.8mustang.com

They deal with v6s, they would probably have all the info needed.
