Having my car's makeover done right now!!!

I've been buying up its goodies since 1/8/08, I think. I will post pics of what I have new/new-to-me!
281 Rear Wing:

New 3rd Brake Light Sticker:

New GT Bumper:

New Inserts:

New Well Moldings:

96 Cobra Hood:

Smoked Cobra Fogs:

Fuel Door:

94-95 Side Mirrors:

94-95 Side Skirts:

ABC Exclusive Cobra Fr Bumper:

I'm having it repainted in it's Laser Red. I'm having C Stripes added to both sides. That will be in a Charcoal/Dark Grey color. I'm having my '03 Cobra rims painted that color to match.

Here is pics of it in the process of changing!

Hope you enjoy! I cannot wait to get her back all done up!!! See ya!!

Nice. Very Very Nice. I too am also eager to see the final reveal. If I remember right you were having a problem with the top. Did you get that fixed?

BTW

2k7gtcs, yeah, it's fixed! I bought a junkyard top's frame to switch out! It was the side rails that was bad, I think.

Here's my list of goodies:
•ABC Cobra Front
•GT Rear
•Cobra Hood
•Running Pony
•Smoked Cobra Fogs
•Wiper Cowl
•RH Well Molding
•LH Well Molding
•Center Well Molding
•3rd Brake Sticker
•Billet Grill
•Black Fuel Door
•Side Skirts
•Cobra Brackets
•Rear Bump Inserts
•Side Mirrors

I totally forgot I had this!

When the tires that are on it wear out, I will be replacing rims/tires! I will go with 18" Saleens that will be painted that color. I'll buy BFG KDW New Treads in a 275/35ZR18 tread!
I just had my tires that are on rotated! It will be maybe a year for this purchase!

Glad to see you're making process. Are you getting rid of that fuel door, and getting a new one? Or is that the new one that you showed?

cntchds, I'm giving my billet fuel door to my friend with the 94 GT. I'm having the black one repainted. I have a Running Pony tattoo on my right calf. I'm having the same image painted on that fuel door in my Laser Red.

I dropped my car off on 10/6. I saw it for the 1st time on 10/22. I have total faith in what my cousin will do. I am not even asking about it!! I bought it on 8/2/03. I'm been trying to come up with a paint scheme since that day. I bet I've gone through 10-12 ideas!

Went to see it again today!!

Here's the 96 Cobra hood I bought for it. Josh, cousin/painter, says it needed more work than he thought it would take. He says it will be fine though!

Hope you like, I sure do!! Thanks!!

I have just about all of the UPR stuff in it. I will be adding a rear seat delete around the 1st of next year. I plan to mount 2-10" subs in it. I want to add 2 front seats later on. Still looking @ seat companies.

Oh yeah, I am replacing every thing of the Mach 460 audio pretty soon! Even new speaker covers. I'm buying a Kenwood Excelon CD w/Sirius & Polk speakers. The subs will probably be JL's.

I was planning to really do this next year. My cousin said he could get in this semester though. It was a mad dash to get my stuff together! My cousin teaches an auto body repair class @ a Vo-Tech center. His students are doing the body work and the 1st stage of painting. Josh will apply the Laser Red though. He says it's tricky because it is a triple something, plus I asked him to. He is wanting it to be completed by the Xmas break. Not being any major catastrophes, it will be! See ya!!

Oh yeah, waiting is not biggie! I know he will make sure it's perfect, so I have total faith in him!

I decided when I was @ my car that I would leave my wheels in chrome. That just makes them easier to sell. I still have a long time left in tread of those tires!
