Front End Clatter

Hey gang, I'm trying to figure out this front end noise I'm getting in my 96 Cobra.

To me it sounds like it's coming from the front right of the car. It sounds like a train going over the train tracks when I go over bumps. I heard a similar noise in a friends 95 Cobra and a different friends 96 as well, but we never thought anything of it.

Thanks!

I'm having the same problem but mines on the driver side. Same car. I checked under mine and couldn't find anything that causes it.

Do you have aftermarket C/C's?

I've got it jacked up right now with the front left wheel off.

Here's a picture of the brake caliper. Is there supposed to be a pin on the right side?

No pbr calipers only have 1 pin to hole them in. The sound you're hearing could be coming from any of the suspension bushings, ball joints, sway bar end links, or steering rack bushings check over them all and replace any that looked cracked or dry rotted

Just kidding, I think I fixed it... If you look next to the single pin, there's supposed to be a clip on the front and the back that's missing. The driver's side had the clips too. We'll have to see over the next couple days if it is in fact fixed... $12 at Napa for the parts.

caster camber plates. Poor quality ones are known to make a lot of noise.
