I was reading my July issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords. On page 143 the caption mentions "the dreaded SN-95 Mustang track issues". I have never heard of that before and wonder what they are talking about. Any ideas our there?

never heard of anything as well. Maybe with wider tires or something, the car wants to follow grooves in the road or something?

They probably are talking about stock sn95 cornering issues on the road courses when stock

Typical mustangs ride bad, handle poor and plow in the corners. The rear end likes to come around to greet you in some mustangs depending on the driveline...

had a dealer tear apart all 99-04's while on a test drive with my buddy while out with a 05 GT. we got into the handeling of the 05 and then he said that the previous year's suspension was crap. i tried to bite my tounge. so i'v heard of this too, but when I drive the mountain turns by my house at 55 mph i do ok. heard some complaints from people that the cars feels to "loose" at launching also. but who knows.

I never expected to. Just trying to point out on how some things are better left unsaid if you cant back them up.

The sn95's handle decent from the factory, but they are far from a good road race car in stock form.

While the stock sn95 suspension seems to have drastically improved since the fox bodies, they still lack alot of corning ability from the factory.

I would go as far as to put my tbird against any sn95 through a curve , stock suspension vs stock suspension.

I do agree though, dont comment unless you have first hand expierience, anyone can read a magazine or website.
