Does anyone know this? I know the throttle bodies are flipped, but does anyone know if it is the same horsepower as a 99-04 GT engine.

It's not the same power output, although it is a 2 valve 4.6

Dont forget how heavy these cars are though. I'm not sure about the interceptors, but the standard crown vic weighs over 4100 lbs. i dont hink they'd have much of a chance without some major modifications.

they're like the 94-96 impalas. they had 350s in them, but weighed around 4200-4300 lbs, and only made 260 hp. they're really cool cars, but stock ran 1/4 miles in the 15 sec range i believe.

I want a retired police cruiser, window tint, maybe some exhaust, and a nice cold air intake.

I wouldn't want that... you know how they drive those things... even when just cruising around they floor it and drive it hard...
