check americanmuscle.com - they usually have numbers on CAI kits and their horsepower gains. Typically 8-15hp. I'd definitely say go for it.

You typically wont see those gains without supporting mods. IMO its not really worth it. I had one and I noticed absolutely no difference other then a cool sound.

What 99Pony said. A lot of guys say they "feel" it, but if I spend 150+ on a mod, the weight reduction in your wallet is going to influence me quite a bit...

Installed a K&N on my supercharged 95 thunderbird and my Dad's 02 F-150 and had noticeable gains on both vehicles. My Cobra came with it already on so I can't speak to that difference. If it was me I'd do it.

Well if you get a cold air your not gonna notice much initially because your cars computer is programmed to let certain amounts into the engine. Invest in a tuner like the SCT tuner or Duablosport and youll definitely notice your pony buckin! Check out americanmuscle.com for more details!

Do yal think that if after you put in the cai you relearn the computer like you would when you clean the throttle body it would adjust itself over time to the new amount of air an run better? Just a thought
