Cobra front bumper help!!

Im wanting to put a cobra front bumper on my 00 v6,, I read that you would also have to go with a 03/04 cobra hood for clearance.. Does anyone know if this is true or not??

You don't have to go with the 03/04 Cobra hood, but you're gonna have to modify the Cobra bumper a tiny bit to make it work

Modify.. How? I would think the only difference would be the two pieces that go up to the hood.

I didn't have to modify it on my 02 v6. I used the 03-04 cobra bumper.

You need to drill new mounting tabs (where it mounts above the grill) I haven't personally done it myself, but that's what I've seen from other forums. For the '00 Cobra R bumper I would assume it's a direct fit
