Bumper Replacement

OK, so I got rear-ended awhile back and have to replace my rear bumper. I was thinking of doing it myself, so that I can put a GT bumper onto my V6 followed by dual exhaust. I have the Haynes manual and the service manuals from work, but was wondering if anyone had done a write up for replacing a bumper. One of my big questions was figuring out if the bumper isolator is bolted or riveted to the bumper. Unfortunately, if it is riveted, I'm not sure I can do the swap myself as I don't have the tools. Does anyone know? I have a 99 V6.

To take off the bumper there are six bolts on the inside of the trunk, and there are two on each side behind the rear wheels. I think that's all. Just take it off, and put the new one on.
