Well its definitly not a supercharger. Maybe a nice little non-electric fan.

Give the guy credit, hes trying to make a buck off of the un-knowing.
How can an electric motor/fan add 2lbs. of boost? nothing but a small squirrel cage fan blowing and pulling air through the filter. Ok, so it pulls air constantly, with out "ram" effect needed.
Frankly I think I'll start selling muffler bearings on Ebay, someone will have to buy them.

"You're looking at the right item - a NEW in the box Electric Supercharger Kit"

Superchargers and turbos do not require a 12v connection to work.

"and up to a 20% increase in horsepower and torque "

BS, you will only see a $120 decrease in your bank account

"This supercharger kit will build up to 2.136 psi"

2.136 psi is a joke, it will not add anything to your hp or torque

I am sorry to say this, but making a car fast cost lots of money. Nothing that cost $100 is going to add a significant amount of power to your car. Now saying this I am sure I will get some responses about cold air intakes, and pulleys and exhaust adding power. Yes they do add a little bit of power, but nothing I would call significant. 10 or 15 hp is not significant to me. Add all the bolts ons you want and you may gain 20 or 30 hp total. Yes, that is a difference, but not much of one on the grand scheme of things.

Stop looking for cheap ways to make good power, it really isnt going to happen. If you want a supercharger look up Vortech, Paxton, Ati, or one of the other MAJOR manufacturers. If you want the best bang for your buck to add power to the car, get a nitrous kit.

I remember a vid with some guys using a Gas Blower on a car on a dyno, and it only made miniscule gains!

I would think you could get 140 hp out of it, but I dont know anyone that has bought one. It appears to manufatured either by eaton, or Kenne Belle. My guess would be eaton as they made the 03 cobra sc's and the sc's that were on the ford 3.8 liter supercoupes. Plus I can see them giving saleen a better price break than Kenne Belle would. It looks like it really woldnt be too bad of a deal if it actually makes that much power. Considering it comes with a intercooler, injectors, and a replacement for that poor quality plastic intake. I dont know about that paticular model s/c but the ones that came on the 3.8l v6 Supercoupe and the one the came on the 03 cobras could both be pullied up to get a bit of extra power out of them if you were so inclined to do so.

When I worked at a local drag strip we had a saying, "Speed costs money. How fast do you want to go."
