2011 19x9 stock rims will fit my 1994?

Guys I wonder if the 2011 19x9 wheels will fit my bone stock V6 3.8 94, I found a good deal for 4 of them but I don't know if it will be a direct fit or I will have to use spacer? also what size of tires will be better to buy for these rims?
I hope somebody will have an answer soon since I have to decide before the guy sale them.

Thanks!

This is a sticky.

Especially with a wheel that wide I would almost bet that it will rub in the front. Later control arms (96-04) had a little more space for wider wheels, and the 03/04 Cobra FCA's are designed to fit a 9" wide wheel. I would take caution when using spacers and suggest that you frequently check the torque. It would probably be easier to just buy the right offset wheels rather than going through that hassle.
