When my car is idling it seems to idle up and down. When I am driving, holding my accelerator at a steady speed it seems to surge back and forth. The diagnostic is showing a upstream oxygen sensor. Could this be causing the problem?

why be rude people may not have an answer or other things to do.

The other issue could be a dirty maf or IAC that is causing a hunting idle. since you have a pending code go there 1st, then try and clean the above.
