I know its a dealership but ****!!!!!

http://www.jackyjones.com/used/Ford/...c2e3c97dbc.htm

I have been wanting another '03-'04 GT since I had traded my '03 DSG GT on my Ram R/T but $12000 for a 9 year old car is crazy, what do yall think?

I'm sure you can find a better deal on a clean one but not much better. Mustangs just hold their value well.

There's an 01 here for like $6500 on a lot. I've driven by it for a month.

An auto with those miles does not warrant a $12k price tag... Granted, mine is an 00, but it was just under 6k, and I've seen Machs and 99/01 Cobras go for that price with the same miles.

KBB.com said almost $9000, so a $3000 dealership profit. Hell, same dealer has a '06 GT for $16xxx!!!!

Heck dealer here had a 03 Mach 1 with over 120k miles for over 14k. Then someone thought that was a good deal and bought it. I have no idea what they were thinking when they did.

Also it would be more than a 3k profit. Since most likely trade in was about half of that 9k.

But I paid 9k for my 03 GT manual, all stock w/85k miles earlier this year. Mine also has leather unlike the one posted.

Jacky Jones is damned near impossible to deal with, new or used. I've tried several times through the years, and they are just too proud of what they have sitting on the lot.

Woody Anderson Ford here is the same way.

They sold a 2007 gt with just roush wheels and windshield banner as a stage 1. The salesman even lied to me when I asked about the body kit. He told me stage 1 roush mustang didn't come with it.

Oh, don't get me wrong, historically they have some bad *** cars in inventory. Through the years they were one of the dealerships that got the creme of the crop in new Fords. Rare Saleens, Cobra Rs, Ford GTs, Cobra Jets, etc., but they just won't deal on their cars.

I sold my "old" 04 GT for $12,000. Custom paint, BBK 75mm throttle body, plenum, steeda pulleys, BBk CAI, 3,73 FR gears, staggered 17x9 - 17x10.5 with Nittle 555s, Custom dynoed at 354.9 rwhp, Cervini mach one hood, Cobra R rear spoiler, APC tails/headlights, 01 cobra front bumper w/PIA driving lights, all paperwork since purchase and about 100 other tasteful mods. It just won 1st place in DDD class in the Oklahoma Grand National Show and was sitting next to my new 12 Premium GT. The new owner had five offers and he was asking $15,000! A really good car will sell a a decent price if well pampered.

that's a stupid high price.

I bought my 04 GT two years ago for 10.5k. It's a 5 speed, already had window tint, lowering springs, and Mach grille delete.
