Question where to find these radio trim pieces?

looking for these radio **** trim pieces. i dont think they actually replace the *****, but i believe that it is an overlay that goes only around the perimeter of the disk up/down button. i think that possibly there is also one for the volume switch, although, i am not sure about that one.

does anybody know what i am talking about? if so, do you know where i can pick up some? thanks so much!

Do you mean the fake chrome like bezels that go around the ***** and what not? I saw them on an F150 at the dealership a few weeks ago and wondered the same myself.

i think we are talking about the same thing. most of the original button is still showing. only the perimeter is the actual product. it is a chrome ring that just sticks on over the button.

Not sure if this is the same thing you guys are talking about, but all 2008 Shaker radios come with a chrome ring around the round stuff (volume, menu, load, etc).

OH! yeah, thanks you guys. that is what i saw. ok, i must have seen an 08 deck. thanks man. i was going crazy trying to remember where i saw that! gotta love the forums!

besides the chrome trim, are the buttons the same as 05-07? i mean, would they retrofit to the earlier models?
if so, necio... what are you going to do with those? if you are not going to use them, would you be interested in selling them?

I too am looking for the '08 knbs for my '07....however I have the Shaker 500 which requires 4 "halves" and one "whole"(2 up arrows, one down arrow, and a menu button)and a volume which I don't care about as I have the one from MGW.

Anybody who wants to sell them from an '08 please let me know.

I'm glad you pointed that out, I didn't even check mine and that's what I would need too.
