Subtle Woodview in a LL with Parchment
#1
Didn't want to overdo it but the dust particles seemed to be migrating to my console and dash panel. It's light elm burl (looks lighter in real) from Woodview, just the 2 pieces that you see. Adds a little bit of warmth to the interior and looks great with the outside/inside colors.
Just an FYI, Woodview (calling them directly) will do a little, or alot...whatever you need.

I like it Mark. Looks good. Subtle.
I wouldn't add any other colors though. With the black dash, silver IUP, tan interior and then wood, if you added anymore, it might start to look "busy".

That's a nice touch with the parchment interior, nice and subtle.
I'll have to add something in those sections at some point... the stock materials are already scratching up a bit.

Mark where did you get the Mustang on the dash? That looks great!

Very nice! I like the Woodview and the scripted Mustang on the dash. These are some mods that I might consider

RMac - I agree with the scratching part, that flat black plastic around the radio is BAD for that....and the car is only 2 weeks old. The Woodview covered it up nicely.
Eric I looked at the black onyx too, I actually went to Woodview to buy my stuff and they let me put up large pieces of sample against the dash. The onyx would be much better with the dark interior. In the parchment, with no other dark contrast around it, it looked almost like the stock black on the radio surround.
MilStang, Hootie - the Mustang script is OE reproduction from Mustangs Unlimited (or anywhere else that sells repro stuff), it's self-stick, the version for front side panels from the 67 or 68.
I'm still undecided but it goes really nicely with the chrome bezels and IUP. It's easy on/easy off in any event, just make sure you wipe down that area of the dash with a wet (water/dish soap) rag & dry thoroughly.
Hope that helps - and thanks!! - Mark
