You mean for the 8" supposed sub woofers? Just took mine off, they're black if you want em.
Putting some kicker 8" w/ grilles in.

FYI...only about 6.00 each when I bought mine from Ford a couple of years ago. Switched from grey to black. I have a pair of grey ones as well, if anyone needs 'em.

Yup, the 8 inch front ones. I didn't like the kicker covers and I tried modifying the OEM ones but they didn't come out good since the kickers are much thicker. I need another set to do a better mod. Let me know if you send them, I can paypal you. Thanks, AL

Are you doing CVT8s as well? Or the SS8? I got the aluminum spider grille for the CVT8s, look great, installing them this weekend (required a fair bit of cutting/grinding the speaker well) along with the F90BT, should be here tomorrow.

Did you run all new speaker wire to the doors? Was it hard? Trying to decide what to do (8" going to a 2 channel amp, 6x8s going to a 4+1 amp, both in the trunk).

SS8s, but I haven't changed the wiring or the amps...that's next. Just ordered a form fitted sub and mono amp for the trunk. Needed to get some bass more than anything. But yeah, it will probably be hard to get the wires through the door boot and into the amps. The front sounds pretty good...just laking that deep bass.

I sorta wish I'd gone with the SS8s, probably a whole lot easier (at least from what I've read). Got the first CVT8 in tonight, and decided I'm going to use the pre-existing wiring, even if it ain't that great. There's four wires to the original 8" door subs (it's a dual voice coil) so I'll splice together the two pos, two negs.

I've got the audio system PDF service manual file and the crutchfield master install sheet if you need them.

PM me and I'll send you my paypal account, $10 should cover the grille shipping.
