I had two SOS dual pillar pods so I combined them to make my quad pod. I also have autometer's center dash pod that I covered in leather.

What gauges are those I really like that set up

They are Auto Meter NEXUS Series Gauges. They are electric, not cheap, but very nice. I have Vacuum/Boost, Wide Band Air/Fuel Ratio and Fuel Pressure gauges on the SOS Pillar Pod and over this winter I added a SOS Center Console Pod with Transmission Temperature, Oil Pressure and Coolant Temperature. The gauges are attached in a daisy-chain to a Sensor Module that you can see in the interior picture (Little black box) under the steering column and the remote between the steering column and the radio. Nexus gauges allow you to switch display colors (similar to "my color") and record and play back a session.
