Shaker 500 issue.

Hi I have a 05 gt with the shaker 500 system and I recently replaced the rear deck lid speakers with aftermarket speakers. But now the factory subs don't hit anymore. Please help.

hmm. I wouldnt think those would have an effect on each other, however it is possible. They are not as loud or they dont work at all? Are they the only aftermarket speakers you have?

One possibility is that since they are more powerful they are drawing more of the amps power, taking away from the rest of your speakers.Especially sine the stock amps are pretty weak. Disconnect them and see if that changes anything. Maybe try fading the sound to the front, see if that helps.
