Shaker 500 door subs aftermarket unit

I installed an aftermarket pioneer headunit on my 06 GT where I had the shaker 500 system. Since I only replaced the headunit and I purchased the negra kit with the 8 pin adapter for the door subs to work. I was told the adapter had to be connected with a 5v regulator to avoid the popping sound. According to some info I gathered, the 8pin adapter connects to the factory plug and the RCAs to the back of the headunit, and the two blue wires to the amp turn on wire off the head units harness. Here's my dilemma: I have a micro bypass connected so I could use the GPS app from my phone while I drive. (I know watching videos and driving is illegal and I do not use it for that purpose). So the bypass is connected to the amp turn on wire (blue) that I'm suppose to connect to the regulator. What should I do to keep both items connected and working properly? Can I splice the one going to the bypass and connect it to the 5v regulator?

Here's what the adapter looks like.

Simple answer: Yes. It's a relay signal, so if you're using it for that purpose in both cases, then it's fine to send it to two devices, even three or more, depending. Although, to be honest, at that point, I'm thinking a master relay system might be a better idea, but two devices for signal-to-turn-on purposes only (NOT power!) should not be a problem.
