Controlling Dimming after adding OEM Sirius to 06 Shaker 500
Hoping a Can-Bus expert can jump in.
I added the OEM Sirius Module and harness from an 06 F150 to our 06 Mustang Shaker 500. The Sirius works great, but both the F150's Sirius Module and the Shaker 500 Can-Bus signal (speed control and dimming) are on pins 15 and 16 of Connector C290A. Currently I've just got the Sirius harness connected, but I'd like to get dimming back.
Can I simply splice the two Can-Bus signals or will they interfere with each other?
