Shaker 1000 trunk monkey

shaker 1000
does anyone know if you can remove the subs in the trunk easily? do they unplug/unbolt? and will the radio still play? Thinking about removing for trips and track duty.

Thanks,
Mitch

After doing some digging I found this:

The subs themselves are just plugged in. I'd be shocked if unplugging them had any affect on the rest of the system.

Here is the amp removal if you wish:

U shouldnt hav any problems taking out the shaker 1000 box. I took mine out for a while when I had the box painted and the radio works fine just no extra thump lol. But yea just unbolt it and disconnet the two wire connections I believe and it comes right out.
