Satellites, harnesses and shakers :P

I am new to Mustangs. I have loved them my whole life. Now I have one. She's used a used 2007 deluxe (V6) but I love her.

Anyhow,

She came with an aftermarket radio. I just purchased a Shaker 500 (8R3t-18C815-HD). Also purchased satellite tuner (7R3T-18C963-AC), and OEM antenna (yellow plug fits into tuner) what else do I need? Where does it go?!

I know your all gonna holler at me for not going aftermarket, but I wanna look stock

lemme now

What you need kind of depends on what you have in there now.

I have the Shaker 500. It's not bad as far as factory units go. Sounds fine to me, even crusing on the highway with the top down on my 'vert. I don't feel the need for more power, or one of those big thumpng subwoofers. My one complaint is that when I am using the satellite radio I have to hit the button several times in order to scroll through all the information.

If I had the funds though I would replace the head unit with one of those Pioneer touch screen units that have Bluetooth phone, iPod Interface, NAV etc.

I'm hoping the silly parts will work together. I just need wires and places to put them.

I hear ya. I'm bummed 'cus I pulled an old 2003 JVC tuner outta the car and replaced it with the Shaker. The lil JVC had a much richer sound. Now I am having this internal debate about OEM look VS Aftermarket sound. Think sound will win out.
