For anyone who wants to do this and has problems with the size of the screws, use size 4 x 5/8 inch black screws. I used some 1 inch to first hold things straight, then one by one went to the smaller 5/8 length screws to fit the vents. Use those with the eBay vents for the Saleen head rests and you can be up and fixed in an afternoon for both rests, if you put your mind to it and leave the beer in the cooler until you are done.
