Thumbs up

I want to put some rubber matts down in my 05 to protect the carpet and I know you can get generic ones just about anywhere, however I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get ones made to fit the 05. Even ones with possibly the Mustang emblem imprinted on them.

when in doubt, go to http://www.fordaccessoriesstore.com and look it up. For some reason, www.fordaccessories.com is pretty much useless.

Anyway, here are the part numbers and descriptions:

5R3Z-6313300-AAA All Weather Molded Vinyl Floor Mats, Front & Rear 4-Piece Set, With Vehicle Logo - Ebony $63.66

5R3Z-6313300-AAB All Weather Molded Vinyl Floor Mats, Front & Rear 4-Piece Set, With Vehicle Logo - Med. Dk. Pebble

Make sure you order the right color! Pictures are attached.

They are pretty expensive though... I bought rubber mats at a local discount auto store for $20. No Mustang logo on those, but I don't really care about that.

This is ** exactly ** the same part # I got from the dealer, and unfortunately the rubber mats shown do not look anything like the ones I received. The driver's mat is missing 3 inches on both sides, at least 6 inches in length, and is slit in the middle The package did specify they were for a 2005 Stang

EDIT: If you look closely, the pictures of the 2005 are in fact the ones for the 2004 Mustang :notnice:

I'm not surprised. I think people had a similar issue with the carpeted floor mats too.

Buy some locally... they'll be cheaper and they'll fit correctly. Or check out Kevin's thread and have him order them for you.
